Chief Scout Executive Address
On Sunday August 1, 2004, the Chief Scout Executive of the Boy Scouts of
America, Roy L. Williams, addressed the Arrowmen attending the 2004 National
Order of the Arrow Conference. Mr. Williams encouraged the Arrowmen in
attendance to attend the high adventure programs
and thanked the Arrowmen for their countless hours of service to the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Williams'
