Northeast Region Order of the Arrow
Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund Program
Hurricane Sandy, and the storm that followed her, brought severe damage to
people, places, and things across the Northeast Region. In an effort to help,
the Leadership Team of the Northeast Region OA has set a goal to raise at least
$20,000 that will be awarded to OA Lodges in the Northeast to help complete
projects at their council camps to clean up and rebuild after the storm.
There are two ways for OA Sections, Lodges, & members to help.
OA Sections & Lodges: We are
asking every lodge and section across the country to consider making an outright
donation of $100 or more. Individuals can donate this way too! A special mylar
border patch will be given to everyone who gives at this level.
OA Sections, Lodges & Members:
Purchase the specially designed patch shown above for $10 each. We also
encourage lodges to order them in bulk to sell at your upcoming winter banquets
and events.
The Northeast Region OA Program will pay for the cost of the patches so that
100% of all funds received will go directly towards helping council camps.
