Nick Digirolamo 2003 National Chief

National Chief
Nick Digirolamo
has been elected as the 2003 National Chief of the Order
of the Arrow. Nick, age 19, is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor
member of the OA. He is the Section Chief of S-4S and is a member of
Seminole Lodge of the Gulf Ridge Council.
An Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 46, he attends school in
Orlando, FL.
Nick has participated in OA Wilderness Voyage and served on
Inductions and Ceremonial Events staff at NOAC 2002. He has
served on NLS staff, and also staffed the National Junior Leader
Instructor Camp.
Nick currently attends the University of Central Florida,
where he is a business major. He enjoys playing
recreational basketball. Nick's favorite hobbies include
backpacking, canoeing, and watersports.
Asked for his thoughts on being elected national chief,
Nick replied, "I look forward to leading the
Order of the Arrow through
its many promising opportunities this upcoming year!"

Rich Moore 2003 National Vice Chief

National Vice Chief
Rich Moore
has been elected as the 2003 National
Vice Chief of the Order of the Arrow.
He is the Section Chief of C-5B
and is a member of Ku-Ni-Eh Lodge
of the Dan Beard Council. He comes from Loveland, OH.
Rich, age 18, is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor member of the OA.
He is an assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 621.
He has served on his council summer camp staff, and was the
Inductions and Ceremony Events CVC for NOAC 2002.
Rich is currently attending
Eastern Kentucky University, and majoring in fire science engineering.
When not Scouting, he enjoys pool and bowling.
Asked for his thoughts on being elected national vice chief,
Rich replied,
"This year we will work together and make a program that enhances
our Order's heritage. With this enhancement will come better ceremonies,
dancing, and an overall program;
thus we will fulfill the Order's true service to youth."

Adam Enerson Central Region Chief

Central Region Chief
Adam Enerson , 19,
of Janesville, Wisconsin, is an
assistant Scoutmaster in troop 540. An Eagle Scout and
Vigil Honor member of Chemokemon Lodge and Sinnissippi
Council, Enerson is enrolled at the University of
Wisconsin - Stout where he is majoring in construction.
At school, he is involved in the American Cancer Society.
In his spare time, he enjoys camping, hunting, climbing,
fishing, and golf. Enerson is "looking forward to keeping
cheerfulness at the center of the Order's service and
activities" in 2003.

Ian Pinnavaia Northeast Region Chief

Northeast Region Chief
From Brooklyn, New York, eighteen year-old Ian Pinnavaia
is a Vigil Honor member of Shu-Shu-Gah Lodge of the Greater
New York - Brooklyn Council. He is an Eagle Scout from Troop 237.
Pinnavaia, a computer science major at St. John's University, enjoys
climbing, backpacking, soccer and hockey. When asked about the
resources of his region, Pinnavaia noted that "the greatest strength
of the Northeast region is its support from past and current
officers - local, sectional, and regional. I look forward to
working with them to continue our tradition of excellence this year."

Frank McMillan Southern Region Chief

Southern Region Chief
An Eagle Scout in Troop 431, Frank McMillan , 19, is a
Vigil Honor member of Egwa Tawa Dee in the
Atlanta Area Council. As a philosophy major
at the University of Chicago, McMillan is an
avid backpacker, rock climber, and swimmer and
is involved in political organizations on campus.
McMillan's goals for the year will be focused on
improving service, training, and communication in
the Southern Region, particularly towards young
Arrowmen; "we must strive to develop not only our
leadership, but also our base - newly inducted Arrowmen,"
says McMillan.

Matthew Griffis Western Region Chief

Western Region Chief
A Vigil Honor member of Achewon Nimat Lodge, Matthew Griffis,
18, is an Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 612 of the
San Francisco Bay Area Council. An environmental
science major at the University of California - Berkeley,
Griffis enjoys playing the guitar, hiking, and camping.
In sports, he actively plays OA Jeopardy. When asked about
this year, Griffis said, "I am really excited about Indian
Summer because of my past experience with ceremonies and
dance; this is an exciting opportunity for our Order."
