2003 National Planning Meeting
Each December, all the section chiefs are invited to attend a National Planning Meeting, held near Dallas, Texas. During this event, they elect the national officers for the coming year, and plan for the upcoming program of emphasis. The National Order of the Arrow Committee also meets during this time.
From December 27 to 30, 2003, the chiefs met, elected the 2004 national officers, and began detailed planning for the 2004 NOAC. Read more about the results of the 2003 National Planning Meeting below.

2004 OA Service Grant Recipients Announced
Twelve lodges were chosen to receive OA Service Grants for 2004. Awards ranged from $700 to $5000.
2003 National Chief & Vice Chief Closing Thoughts
As the the year draws to a close, the outgoing National Chief and National Vice Chief reflected on their past year of service.
