2004 Conference Vice Chiefs

The 2004 Conference Vice Chiefs have been elected. The following leaders, along with the National Chief, National Vice Chief and the Region Chiefs will provide the leadership for the National Order of the Arrow Conference at Iowa State University.

Activities and Recreation Jared Davis is the Section Chief of NE-4C, and is a member of the Amangamek-Wipit Lodge of the National Capitol Area Council #82. He has served on staff of the 2002 and 2000 NOACs, as well as the 2003 Indian Summer. Jared lives in Alexandria, VA, and attends Strayer University.
American Indian Activities Marcus Bailey is the Section Chief of C-5B, and is a member of the Chi-Hoota-Wei Lodge of the Buckskin Council #617. He served on staff for the 2001 Jamboree Indian Village, and has attended the 2002, 2000, and 1998 NOACs. Marcus lives in Nitro, WV, and studies at Marshall Univeristy.
Communications Andrew Kuhlmann is the Section Chief of W-5C, and is a member of the Kola Lodge of the Longs Peak Council. He served on staff for the 2002 and 2000 NOACS, and the 2001 Jamboree OA Service Corp. Andrew lives in Rock Springs, WY, and attends the University of Wyoming.
Extreme High Adventure Earl Blackburn III is the Section Chief of C-2A, and is a member of the Manitous Lodge of the Great Sauk Trail Council #255. He attended the 2002 NOAC and has gone through the NLS. Earl resides in Pinckney, MI, and attends Eastern Michigan Univeristy.
Founders' Day Tony M. Antonini is the Section Chief of C-5A, and is a member of the Menaghella Lodge of the Mountaineer Council #615. He attended the 2002 and 2000 NOACs. Tony lives in Morgantown, WV and studies at Fairmount State.
Inductions and Ceremonial Events Seth Mollitt is the Section Chief of S-4, and is a member of the Echockotee Lodge of the North Florida Council #87. He served on staff for the 2003 Indian Summer and the 2002 NOAC. Seth hails from Jacksonville, FL and is a senior at Wolfson High School.
High Adventure Expo Jarrod Hunt is the Section Chief of S-6N, and is a member of the White Horse Lodge of the Shawnee Trails Council #200. He participated in the 2002 NOAC, and has attended the NLS. Jarrod lives in Hartford, KY, and attends Ohio Country High School.
Shows Mark Bicket is the Section Chief of S-3A, and is a member of the Ma-Nu Lodge of the Last Frontier Council #480. He served on staff for the 2002 and 2000 NOACs and the 2003 Indian Summer. Mark lives in Edmond, OK, and studies at the University of Oklaholma.
Special Events R.C. Hartman is the Section Chief of S-7A, and is a member of the Shenandoah Lodge of the Stonewall Jackson Area Council #763. He participated in the 2002 NOAC and the 2003 Indian Summer. R.C. resides in Bridgewater, VA, and attend Messiah College.
TOAP Steven Henry is the Section Chief of S-4N, and is a member of the Yustaga Lodge of the Gulf Coast Council #775. He attended the 2002, 2000, and 1998 NOACs, and particiated in the OA Trail Crew and OA WIlderness Voyage programs. Steven lives in Pensacola, FL, and attends the University of West Florida.
Training Gilbert Rogers III is the Section Chief of NE-1B, and is a member of the Tschitani Lodge of the Connecticut Rivers Council #66. He served on staff for the 2002 NOAC and the OA Wilderness Voyage program. Gilbert hails from West Hartford, CT, and studies at the University of Hartford.
