2003 National Planning Meeting
New National Officers Elected, Closing Thoughts, Conference Vice Chiefs, 2004 OA Service Grant Recipients Announced.

Special Order of the Arrow Books Available for Recognition
Two special Order of the Arrow books, the OA History book and Dr. E. Urner Goodman Biography, are available for recognition use by lodges and individuals. These books make great gifts for outgoing Lodge Officers, Advisers, and other Arrowmen deserving recognition, as well as Arrowmen that wish to learn the history of the Order of the Arrow and its founder. They are perfect for special presentations!

OA Wilderness Voyage Awarded USFS Highest Volunteer Service Award
The US Forest service has awarded the Order of the Arrow Wilderness Voyage program the 2003 Chief's Volunteer Award for Youth Volunteer Service. This is the highest volunteerism award the US Forest service can present to a youth organization.

OA Figurines Available For Recognition
A limited number of the special first edition figurine of "The Higher Vision" are still available in hand painted porcelain or cold-cast bronze. This sculpture is the perfect presentation piece for that most deserving Arrowman.

Jumpstart Available
A special area of the national OA web site has been created to help new members of the Order of the Arrow learn about the OA. The "Jumpstart for New Arrowmen" area provides an introduction to the Order and its programs, and assists new members in sealing their membership in Brotherhood.
