Open Recreation
Staying physically fit at NOAC won't be hard to do. There will be open swimming, basketball, and volleyball every day. Or if billiards and bowling are your things to do, they will be available every day.
Not an early riser? You should be! Each morning there will be early morning aerobics near your resident hall. Get up early and join celebrity instructors for an invigorating aerobic workout.
Each day there will be two showings of the daily movie selection. And don't worry, the price won't bust your budget like the megaplex back home. It's free to all participants!
