Arrowman Press Corps

One of the most fun and fascinating areas of NOAC is the Arrowman Press Corps (APC). The APC allows Arrowmen to be creative in telling the story of the largest, most exciting Order of the Arrow event of the year.

If you like to write, take pictures, serve your fellow Arrowmen, all while having a blast, then the Arrowman Press Corps is for you! Participants involved in the APC will get several key benefits:

  • Special behind-the-scenes tours of a NOAC Show production
  • Daily information packets on the best spots to visit and report
  • Special access times for Meet the Man
  • Guidance and help on how to write better articles
  • Complete resources for writing, editing, and sending article and pictures

It is our goal to help every Arrowman who wants to report to his lodge, council, or community, to produce great newspaper/newsletter articles and photographs. There is no limit on the number of Arrowmen that can join from a single lodge.

Participants interested in being part of the Arrowman Press Corps must meet the following requirements:

  • be a registered member of a lodge delegation
  • have the approval of his Lodge Chief and Adviser
  • get approval to write articles for their local newspaper or council or lodge newsletter
  • complete the APC application form found in the 2002 NOAC Program Packet

Interested Arrowmen should submit their application as soon as possible, as space is limited.

The Arrowman Press Corps application is available on the NOAC 2002 Forms page.
