Initial Lodge Quotas for NOAC 2002

For the 2002 NOAC, each lodge will be allowed a lodge reservation quota of 10 delegates plus 1.70 percent of the lodge's December 31, 2000, year-end charter membership. A council with multiple lodges will be allowed 10 delegates plus 1.70 percent of all their lodges' December 31, 2000, year-end charter membership. The ratio of youth reservations to adult reservations has been set at 2 to 1.

All lodges will have until March 1, 2002 (postmark date) to use their allotted number of youth and adult reservations. Reservations not used by March 1, 2002, will be released to other lodges on a first-come, first- served basis only.

Confirmed lodge registration numbers will be sent out in the National Conference Lodge Contingent Packet in early April, 2002.
