It is truly a pleasure to be given the opportunity to serve and to meet the brothers from around the nation.

I am most looking forward to my region's four NLS courses. I feel this is the item that can make the biggest difference in the region's leadership.
What are your earliest memories of the OA?
Attending chapter meetings with my friends each month. The chapter is where my seed of leadership was planted.
What was your first leadership position and what was the greatest lesson learned from it?
My first leadership position was Assistant Senior Patrol Leader and it taught me about delegation.
What is the coolest thing you have done in Scouting?
Being a member of NLS Staff.
What makes you proudest to be an Arrowmen?
The lifelong friendships that everyone develops through the years of cheerful service.
What are some awesome things you have done in the OA?
Serving on many training staffs at LLDs, NLSs and NOAC.  Serving as the ARC Chief at NOAC.  Serving all the positions I have been in the last few years.
What makes the OA so cool?
The fact we can all live separate and individual lives while at the same time be so tight with a group of life long friends.
Other insights and notes?
All you need is love.
