Contingent housing arrangements

The question was raised whether it is possible to pre-determine where a particular contingent will be housed at NOAC. The answer is "no". We will not be housing by Regions at this NOAC because there is not a good way to disperse our 4 regions into the 3 main housing areas at ISU. We will be housed in 3 main areas: The Tower Association can house approximately 2,300; The Union Drive Association can house approximately 1,800; and the Richardson Court Association can house approximately 3,100 (including the support staff). Housing for contingents that fax their final housing forms to the NOAC site will be assigned prior to their arrival. However, this housing assignment will only be made a few days before the actual conference starts.
