C. Goals and Objectives:
- Assist in promoting the conference before NOAC
- Coordinate and support working Media access to NOAC
- Recruit and support VIP visits to the Conference
- Run a strong Hometown News program for lodge reporters
- Provide access to OA and BSA leaders by ordinary Arrowmen
- Provide graphic design and printshop services to other
committees
- Operate several Information Booths to assist participants and
guests
- Set up and run the first ever official NOAC web site
