• Recruit and support VIP visits to the Conference
  
• Run a strong Hometown News program for lodge reporters
  
• Provide access to OA and BSA leaders by ordinary Arrowmen
  
• Provide graphic design and printshop services to other committees
  
• Operate several Information Booths to assist participants and guests
  
• Set up and run the first ever official NOAC web site
